The Consultative Committee on Employment Conditions (CCEC), created by Council at its seventy-fifth session on 14 and 15 December 1983, was a tripartite, standing committee established at CERN to study, report, and facilitate policy making on employment conditions. It acts as a consultative body comprising representatives from Member States, CERN Management, and the Staff Association, aiming to facilitate discussions on employment regulations. The committee was dissolved on 14 December 1988 and replaced by the Advisory Committee on Conditions of Employment (“TRACE“).[1]
