Anybody is free to:

• No harm — Contributors do not harm our technology infrastructure and follow the policies for the infrastructure [2].
• Terms of use and policies — Contributors adhere to the below Terms of Use, to the CERN Code of Conduct [3], and to the applicable community policies.

The Terms of Use for Wikipedia are the same as for Wikimedia [4], unless CERN regulations are stricter.
