CERN address
The CERN address is 1 Esplanade des Particules, 1217 Meyrin, Switzerland. This is the official address for the organization[1], which is located on the Meyrin site near Geneva.
The corresponding postal address is P.O. Box, 1211 Geneva 23 and the GPS coordinates are: 46.2330° N or 46° 13' 59", 6.0556° E or 6° 3' 20".
Meyrin site
The address of the Organization changed in 2018. However, the address 385 Route de Meyrin was retained for the goods entrance[2].
Prévessin site
At the request of CERN, in order to facilitate several administrative procedures in France, the municipality of Prévessin-Moëns has registered a physical address for the CERN Prévessin site: 9001, route de Saint-Genis, 01280 Prévessin-Moëns, France.
This physical address must be used when a geographic localisation is necessary, for example in the context of declarations of secondment from CERN contractors working on the Prévessin site.
However, the postal address, for the French site, remains unchanged and postal items should be sent as before to: European Organization for Nuclear Research, F-01631 CERN CEDEX.
