TI18

TI18 is a tunnel that is presently not used and sealed off. The Gamma factory proposal aims at re-using a small part of the tunnel on the SPS side to house electronics and a laser hut in order to shield it from radiation. The majority of the tunnel remains empty. I am not aware of any future plans for the remainder of the tunnel.
